The world of Islam is very intreging for many reasons. One reason is because of the culture in general that people lived in. Another reason is because of all the ancient people that had a major role in running the society in Islam such as rulers or anyone alse who had a say. Those are two main reasons why the World of Islam was so important and interesting. The people who played significant roles in the world of Islam are remembered today because they all had different styles of leadership that made each one of them intreging in there own way. Muhammad was a leader who started and spread faith in Islam. Allah is what the faith is based off of because that is Islams God. One of the angels sent down from Allah was Gabriel. Gabriel was sent by Allah to speack to Muhammad and spread her message. There are many other people from the world of Islam that had important roles. Along with important people there were also several important things and places that defined Islamic culture. There are many things and places that helped shape islamis culture and faith. The Hijrah was a part of faith because it was about Muhammads journey with his followers to spread the word of Allah. Another major part of Islamis faith was the Quran which is the holy book of religion that explains how to be faithful to Allah. The culture of Islam is based around the Shari'ah that was the code of laws stated what people can and can not do in society. All in all Islam has its own culture and way of life that is shaped and defined by history and people and or things from the past.

Shari'ah: code of laws developed by Muslim scholars
Caliph: successor to Muhammad

Allah: Islamic's one and only God. Sent his message out to Muhammad.
Muhammad: Allah's prophet, orphan, started the Islamic faith and made it grow.
Gabriel: Angel who was sent down from Allah to speak to Muhammad in the cave.
Khadijah: Muhammad's first, rich wife who was the first follower of Islam.
Abu Bak'r: Muhammad's father in law who was the first caliph after Muhammad died. Helped Islam grow.
